What is Doctor of Physical Therapy?

Physical Therapy is a health care profession primarily concerned with the prevention or remediation of impairments and disabilities, the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential through examination, assessment, diagnosis and physical intervention. It is a distinct form of care which can be performed either in isolation or in conjunction with other types of medical departments. In the addition to clinical practice, other activities encompassed in the physical therapy profession include research, education and administration.

The aim of the DPT programme is to develop inspired, innovative, analytical, evaluative, creative and trained Physical Therapists with an advanced mind-set, who are responsive to cultural, social and professional revolution. The DPT graduates will be able to apply evidenced-based practices within community and private services, efficiently changing and influencing innovative national and international areas of practice and research.

F.Sc Pre-Medical or Equivalent with 60% Marks

2)Semester Fee: 85thousand.
3)Form Processing Fee: 3thousand.
Note: Half Fee Scholarship available in DPT fee structure.
